ASTI cook, Brad Sorenson, recently appeared on the The Next Food Network Star and although he may not have won the show, he made Austin and ASTI proud.
Mondays Specials include a Spinach & Arugula salad with Gorgonzola Vinaigrette, Pancetta Wrapped Chicken with Risotto, Shaved Fennel & Red Wine AND Brad's Favorite ASTI Pizza.
5% of sales from Brad's specials will be donated to the American Cancer Society on Brad's behalf, a charity that Brad and his family have supported for years.
